Hex-head capscrew, gr 8, 5/16″ X 5/8″ (attaches wings to Valion), uses dimple-lock 5/16″ jamnut.
Compatible with all OEM seed tubes, including super-size 2013 & later for EdgeVac. Kit includes 2 hex-head bolts and 2 star washers.Allen-head capscrew, 5/16" x 7/8" (rear attachment of Valion to Kinze 2000 or JD pre-XP shank).Heavy-duty liquid tube holder, protects 1/4″ OD plastic tube on front of shank for JD XP & MaxEmerge 5 planters. New, improved shape to fit up tight to the front of these shanks (our L.433 left a gap on these shanks). **Our heat-resistant tubing is recommended for Valions.** Heat-resistant tubing sold separately. Not compatible with ExactEmerge’s BrushBelt. Not compatible with JD heavy-duty scrapers that attach to the front of the shank. Jonathan Zeller joined Exapta excited to return to working with no-till planting equipment. He supported research of no-till planting and other ag related projects for 7 years with Kansas State University’s Agricultural Engineering Department after getting his engineering degree. He later worked 3 years for Landoll Company, LLC. where he gained experience in a design engineering role. Jonathan grew up on a small family farm in NE Kansas working with row crops, hay and cattle. Jonathan enjoys solving engineering problems and improving or creating products to be robust and easy to install and service.
